We know how important it is to our clients to leave their pets while on vacation and feel good about it, but we also know how important a budget is. For that reason, we try to keep things simple. Think of Katie’s like an all-inclusive pet resort for your dog. We simply charge per night, just like any hotel, and it includes their all-day-play, medication administration, endless potty breaks, snuggles, pool parties, couch time, activities, special photo shoots, treats, and more! The only thing you have to provide for your dog is their food. There are no hidden fees so it’s easy to budget and know exactly what you are spending. Simple, honest and fun!
- All major Holidays require a 1 night stay ($45/dog) deposit that will be applied to your bill at check-out. A deposit must be paid in order to hold your reservation.
- We require a 7 day cancellation notice to receive a full refund for your deposit. This means you must cancel one week prior to your reservation to receive a refund.
- All major Holidays that require a deposit:
- New Years Eve/New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas
FOOD: $20 travel fee plus cost of food
If you forget your dog’s food, or they run out while boarding with us, we will pick up your dog’s specific brand of food to avoid any upset stomach or unnecessary stress for your dog.
