 WHAT TO BRING?

  • Please bring enough food for your dog’s stay with extra in case of travel delays.

DO NOT CHANGE OR ALTER your dog’s diet before they come to stay with us. Being away from you is hard enough, having an upset stomach on top of it is no fun.

IMPORTANT: If your pet has allergies, please make sure they are clearly listed on their belongings and up to date in Gingr.

Update your dog’s food details HERE.

  • All medications must be clearly labeled with dosage and instructions.

    Update your pet’s profile HERE.

  • If you use a bark collar, e-collar or some sort of training collar, please pack them in their belongings.

Keeping your dog consistent and within their normal boundaries is the key to a stress-free stay.

  • For the safety of all our guests, dogs must be leashed from vehicle to gate.

  • Required Vaccines

Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), & Bordetella (kennel cough) - 6 months or 1 year is accepted

*NOTE: If your dog’s vaccines are expired upon arrival, we will not be able to board them.

To send us your Vaccine Records BEFORE your stay:

    *Text us 402-680-1030

    *Email us at team@katieskennel.com

*Upload it directly to your profile HERE.

*Have your vet email YOU a copy of their records and forward to us (so you know they were sent).

(We do not have a fax machine.)

NOTE: We encourage your dog to be on both a heartworm protection and a flea & tick preventative. This is the only way to prevent ticks, fleas or any type of communally spread worms/warts.

  • Bowls - we provide bowls, slow feeders, and raised bowls if needed

Toys - they won’t need them between the play and their friends, but we also don’t allow anything in their kennels they can ingest or choke on

Bones/Rawhides - We do not allow the dogs to have anything in their kennels they can choke on or ingest

Beds - Most dog beds won’t fit in our washing machine. If soiled or becomes excessively wet, there is a very good chance we will have to throw away the bed, for that reason, we prefer you leave your personal bed at home. Blankets or pillow cases from home are allowed, but we are not responsible for anything lost or ruined while with us.
