HOLIDAY POLICIES:

All Holiday reservations require a $50 NON-REFUNADABLE DEPOSIT per dog, at the time of booking.

• Deposits will be applied to your final bill at check-out

REQUIRED HOLIDAY DEPOSITS:

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve & Christmas

• NYE/NYD

CLOSED FOR DROP OFFS AND PICK UPS:

All major Holidays except Easter (open until 12pm) & NYE (open until 12pm)

MINIMUM NIGHT STAY

• 3 night minimum for any Holiday reservation

PEAK PRICING POLICIES:

A peak-time charge of $5 per dog, per night (similar to that of hotel, airline, etc) will apply during the below dates.

• Spring Break - Easter (3/2-3/31 & 4/6-4/13)

• Memorial Day - Labor Day (5/23-9/1)

• Thanksgiving (11/26-11/30)

• Christmas/New Years (12/20-1/4)

Our staff work endless hours at max capacity, to ensure the dogs staying with us are receiving the highest level of care. This charge helps us pay them Time-and-a-Half or Double-time during these busy periods.
